Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused *Customer Service Executive* to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and feedback, while ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer queries, including feedback, appointment arrangements, and complaints, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Handle customer support via voice (calls) and professional email communication.

- Provide accurate and comprehensive product and service information to customers.

- Accurately input customer booking details into the booking system.

- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful approach to all customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant certification in any field.

- Able to read, speak, and write in ENGLISH, MANDARIN/CANTONESE.

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service* (call centre experience will be an added advantage).

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

- Computer literate and comfortable working with booking systems and CRM tools.

- Positive working attitude, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Independent, proactive, and self-driven in achieving performance targets.
