Sales Order Processor – Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, or escalating when necessary
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Handle customer communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing necessary information and assistance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service to all customers
• Liaise with internal sales personnel to prepare and send quotations
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
