Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for urgent breakdowns, complaints, and after-sales service issues from dealers, fleet owners, and corporate clients
- Manage high-pressure breakdown situations, including school buses, fleet vehicles, and commercial transport units
- Coordinate nationwide towing operations, ensuring fast dispatch, follow-up, and reporting
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and warranty-related issues with workshops and technicians
- Act as the communication bridge between dealers, workshops, QC, production, engineering, and management teams
- Manage after-sales service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quick response and case resolution
- Track case history and analyse recurring issues to support product and service improvements
- Support technical campaigns, recalls, field fixes, and major service initiatives
- Prepare weekly reports on high-severity cases, downtime, root causes, and corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleet clients to maintain customer confidence and service quality
