Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support via call and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate (old curriculum or K-12).
- Has 6 months of end-to-end customer service experience.
- Has English language proficiency.
- Open to shifting schedule and on-site work.
