Job Description
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone.
- Provide information about products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Available in on-site and Day shift work.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months of experience in customer service or related fields.
