Description
- Provide technical support for SQL database-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related problems.
- Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement database solutions.
- Document support processes and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in SQL support or database administration
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SQL, ability to analyze data, strong troubleshooting skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in customer support and resolving technical issues
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset
