Job Description
招聘：币圈在线客服
岗位职责：
1. 通过在线聊天，处理用户咨询：充值、提现、划转、合约、现货、账户安全等问题；
2. 及时响应投诉与纠纷，安抚用户情绪，按流程跟进并闭环；
3. 记录用户问题与高频反馈，同步给运营/技术优化；
4. 遵守风控与合规要求，不承诺收益、不代操作、不索要私钥。
任职要求：
1. 熟悉数字货币基本概念：钱包、地址、链上转账、交易所基本操作；
2. 打字速度快，沟通耐心清晰，抗压能力强，能接受倒班/夜班；
3. 有交易所/钱包/币圈项目客服经验优先；
4. 具备基础英语读写能力可加分，无诈骗、黑灰产从业记录。
薪资待遇： 底薪+绩效+夜班补贴+交通补贴，具体面议。
