Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing, developing, and managing data architecture
• Competence in:
• Data Modeling
• ETL processes
• Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
• Programming Language (Python)
• Data Governance and Data Security
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Cilandak, South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust and efficient data architecture for a used car sales website platform
• Develop and implement database schemas; ensure data integrity and quality for accurate analysis and decision-making
• Build and manage data workflows (pipelines) to efficiently move data from source to destination for quick access
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and development teams to understand data needs and provide actionable solutions
• Plan budgets and monitor expenditures periodically
• Develop KPIs for team members and conduct regular coaching and counseling to improve performance
• Monitor team output and provide guidance according to responsibilities in each area
