Job description:

• At least 3 years of IT management experience (preferably in manufacturing)
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, update, and maintenance using RDBs such as SQL Server
• Experience in developing business automation tools using Excel / Access
• Ability to modify and improve existing macros
• Experience in handling internal user inquiries (help desk support)
• Experience in requirement coordination and improvement proposals with business departments
• Operation, maintenance, and improvement of existing systems
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction, updates, and maintenance using SQL Server and other relational databases.
• Understand existing database structures and propose basic design improvements to enhance system performance.
• Maintain and enhance business applications developed in VB (.NET / VB).
• Analyze existin programs and implement functional additions or modifications as required.
• Develop, maintain, and improve business automation tools using VBA (Excel / Access), including modification of existing macros.
