Responsibilities

1. Responsible for deployment, operation, monitoring, and optimization of company services in the AWS cloud environment, ensuring high availability and security.
2. Design cloud architecture based on business requirements and continuously optimize resources, performance, and costs.
3. Manage day-to-day operations of Akamai CDN, including acceleration strategies, caching policies, edge detection, and security policy optimization.
4. Maintain and optimize core middleware (e.g., message queues, caches, networking) to ensure system stability and high performance.
5. Build and maintain logging and monitoring systems to enhance observability and troubleshooting efficiency.
6. Participate in production incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in operations/SRE, with a solid foundation in Linux, cloud architecture, and networking.
2. Proficient in using and managing the AWS platform, with strong cloud architecture design skills.
3. Understanding of Akamai CDN products and related configurations.
4. Skilled in the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of mainstream middleware.
5. Familiar with logging and monitoring systems, with hands-on experience in incident diagnosis and performance optimization.
6. Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, willing to undertake on-call duties and maintain composure under pressure.

• Experience with automation/IaC tools.
• Kubernetes (K8s) operations experience.
• Experience in large-scale system operations.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
