ROLE: Digital Executive – Content Creator & Affiliates

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Salary: RM 4,000 - 4100

Language: English - Malay

Work Hour: Monday Friday (8am – 5pm)

Department: Marketing / Digital, report to Digital Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or affiliate management, prefer candidates from cosmetics Industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Executive to manage and grow our content and affiliate marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in social media content creation, affiliate partnerships, and digital campaign management to drive brand awareness and online conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Content Creation & Management

* Develop engaging and brand-aligned content for social media, blogs, website, and email marketing.

* Plan and execute content calendars across multiple digital platforms.

* Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.) and collaborate with designers or agencies on visuals.

* Track and report on content performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

* Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

* Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and influencers.

* Develop and execute affiliate campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

* Negotiate collaboration terms and monitor affiliate performance metrics.

* Build long-term relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors.

* Digital Marketing Support

* Assist with paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign consistency across channels.

Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices in content and performance marketing.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

* 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or affiliate management.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

* Excellent written and visual storytelling skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred).

* Experience with affiliate platforms or influencer tools is an advantage.

* Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
