Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1) Social Media Management & Publishing

● Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X.

● Build weekly/monthly content calendars and post schedules.

● Write platform-specific copy (captions, titles, hashtags, descriptions).

● Maintain brand consistency (tone, visuals, messaging).

Monitor comments/messages and coordinate follow-ups when needed.

2) Content Creation (Image/Video)

● Create and repurpose content: posts, short videos, carousels, thumbnails, banners.

● Edit images (resize, layout, basic retouching, brand overlays).

● Edit videos for social (short-form cuts, subtitles, hooks, intro/outro).

Maintain a reusable asset library (templates, brand kit, caption bank).

3) SEO / GEO / AIO Execution (Semrush)

● Use Semrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and reporting.

● Apply SEO + GEO/AIO practices to increase both search visibility and AI-driven discovery.

Track rankings, content performance, and optimization opportunities.

4) Measurement & Reporting (HubSpot + GA4)

● Use HubSpot to track campaign/content performance and build reports.

● Use GA4 to analyze traffic, user behavior, and conversions.

● Create weekly/monthly performance summaries and actionable recommendations.

● Monitor KPIs: engagement, CTR, leads, conversion rate, attribution signals.

5) AI-Assisted Workflow

● Use AI tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, NanoBanana, Lovart to:

○ Generate content ideas, outlines, drafts, and variants

○ Improve copy, hooks, CTAs, and localization

○ Speed up creative production and repurposing

Ensure quality control: brand voice, accuracy, and compliance.


Required Qualifications

● 2+ years experience in digital marketing / social media / content (adjustable).

● Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Semrush, and GA4.

● Strong ability to create content independently (copy + image + video).

● Comfortable managing multi-platform posting and performance tracking.

Data-driven mindset and strong execution ability.


Nice to Have

● Basic paid ads experience (Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube).

● Familiar with UTM tracking and attribution basics.

● Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/consulting industry.

● Familiar with tools like Canva / CapCut / Adobe (any is fine).
