Role Overview:

We are hiring an Ad Ops Specialist with hands-on programmatic advertising experience, preferably on the publisher side. The candidate should understand the ad tech ecosystem and how ads are set up, optimized, and delivered on publisher platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Programmatic / Ad Operations
• Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges)
• Experience working on the publisher side
• Familiarity with Google DV360 or other DSP platforms
• Knowledge of ad delivery, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Ability to monitor performance and support campaign optimization
• Website Publisher side knowledge DSP tools knowledge

Key responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end ad trafficking and campaign setup on publisher platforms to ensure seamless delivery.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize programmatic inventory to maximize revenue, fill rates, and yield.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve ad delivery issues, tag errors, and discrepancies using deep knowledge of DSPs (like DV360) and SSPs.
• Ecosystem Management: Oversee ad stack operations to ensure smooth integration between exchanges and publisher inventory.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance metrics (viewability, brand safety) and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.

• Exposure to ad servers, SSPs, or yield tools
• Understanding of viewability, brand safety, and reporting
