Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to execute the daily operations of our TikTok Shops and Shopee stores. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for maintaining store health, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time, and working alongside the E-commerce Lead to implement sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Live Operations: specific responsibility for the technical and operational setup of daily live sessions, including product pinning, voucher distribution, and comment moderation to support the Live Host.
• Execute daily store operations for 1-3 online shops, ensuring accurate product listings and inventory synchronization.
• Implement promotional setups (vouchers, bundles) as directed by the Lead to align with marketing calendars.
• Process daily orders and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure 100% on-time shipment.
• Assist in preparing product samples and setting up the studio environment prior to live broadcasts.

Requirements:

• Experience is a bonus, not a must. Fresh graduates or those looking to switch careers into e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with using TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada (even just as a shopper) is sufficient. We will provide training on the backend systems.
• Willingness to learn live streaming operations and daily store management processes.
• Basic computer literacy and a responsible attitude toward completing daily tasks.
• Friendly and polite communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
