What you'll be doing:

• Objective: To ensure the machines within factory remains functional. Reducing machine breakdown time and increase operational efficiency.
• Key Accountabilities

1. Coordinate, execute engineering task and lead the team daily activities perform root cause analysis and improvement.
2. To do fault finding trouble-shooting and repair job related to electrical and electronic.
3. Conduct daily routine checks and ensure maintenance team carry out daily preventive maintenance duties, job request and tooling request.
4. Perform root cause analysis activities for machine breakdown and improvement activities.
5. Ensure proper departmental documentation and SOP.
6. Maintain logs of maintenance inspections and prepare reports for audit, management or authorities.
7. Responsible for all the projects assigned to.
8. Conduct safety check and risk assessments.

What we're looking for:

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields and/or Chargeman Certificate
• Professional Experience :
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Understand and able to interprets in standard requirement for IATF16949.
• Multilingual is added advantage.
