岗位职责：制定并执行公司线下推广策略，推动团队达成市场拓展与品牌转化目标；组织策划多类型地面活动（如品牌路演、社区/商圈/商超落地推广），提升品牌曝光度与用户转化率；负责地推团队的管理与培训，建立高效执行标准与绩效评估体系；与销售、市场、运营等团队紧密协作，推动线下与线上增长策略融合落地；收集目标市场与竞品动态，分析活动数据，持续优化线下推广效果与ROI。
任职要求：本科及以上学历，具备3-5年线下推广/市场拓展相关经验；有团队管理经验，熟悉目标市场，有地推渠道资源或商圈合作网络者优先；能独立策划与执行大型线下推广项目，具备明确目标管理与数据复盘能力；具备良好的团队管理、跨部门沟通与项目协调能力；数据敏感，善于通过数据洞察优化推广策略，提升效率与投资回报率。
加分项：可自带地推团队或渠道资源直接落地者优先；有区块链、加密货币、Web3 或金融科技领域经验；熟悉社区建设、线下推广、用户裂变及交易所市场运营；有多地团队管理经验或跨区域推广经验者优先。
