1. Organize and continuously optimize the event SOP process, event execution/documentation standards, and event templates;

2. Responsible for the planning and operation of online trading activities and holiday-themed events, acquiring new users and improving user conversion, achieving both short-term and long-term objectives for event operations;

3. Including but not limited to continuous innovation and iteration of event formats through competitive activity research, user surveys, and other methods, exploring more activity play styles and formats to enhance the diversity and effectiveness of online events, and being responsible for the outcomes of the events;

4. Stay informed about industry user trends, proactively identify hot topics, and plan activities in conjunction with product features, as well as formulate promotional plans;

5. Responsible for collecting, monitoring, and analyzing event data, conducting post-event reviews, reflecting on and optimizing existing problems during the event process, and proposing solutions to achieve event goals according to timelines and quality requirements.
