  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with account managers to implement effective account servicing strategies (events? Conferencea & all kind of branding & marketing activations)
  • Provide troubleshooting support and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in account servicing or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, account servicing expertise, troubleshooting abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform multiple tasks and manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
