Responsibilities:

• In charge of operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and related utility systems
• Work as a team player to achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management
• Responsible for overall site facilities operation
• Establish engineering and operational procedures and implement them for site staff
• Deliver services in accordance with client and management requirements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant governmental regulations
• Implement energy management programs to reduce utility costs
• Manage contract vendors to carry out technical audits and scheduled maintenance
• Develop and maintain technical service standards
• Provide early involvement in facilities operations and advisory services during site inspections and project development
• Provide solutions for minor projects and coordinate with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion
• Review maintenance and service practices of M&E contractors to ensure quality work aligned with standards and procedures
• Plan and manage budgets for engineering and operational contracts
• Manage vendor contracts for technical services
• Conduct audits to ensure safety procedures, business continuity plans, and escalation procedures are implemented and maintained
• Prepare and present project reports (weekly, monthly, and annual) via CHAMS
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Maintain proper documentation and filing in accordance with ISO standards
