Responsibilities

1. Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and promotional plans.

2. ⁠Handle event preparation, material coordination, on-site support, and post-event reporting.

3. ⁠Manage event invoices, payments, and follow-up with contractors after transactions.

4. Oversee and update company content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, XHS, WeChat).

5. ⁠Organize marketing materials, maintain records, and prepare reports.

6. ⁠Support both online and offline promotional activities to ensure consistent brand presentation.

7. ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between event, design, and sales departments.

8. ⁠Perform other related duties assigned by the superior.

4. 管理与更新公司各社交媒体平台（Facebook、Instagram、YouTube、TikTok、小红书、微信等）的内容发布与互动。

5. 协助市场资料的整理、档案归类、报告编制与文件提交。

6. 支持线上及线下推广活动，确保宣传物料与品牌形象一致。

7. 协助跨部门沟通，确保活动、设计、及销售团队之间信息顺畅。

8. 完成上级分配的其他相关工作任务。
