• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements
• Monitor project costing, budgets, variations, and profitability for interior design projects
• Track progress billings, invoices, and collections from clients
• Manage payments to contractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
• Handle SST, tax computations, and statutory submissions
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and project managers
• Maintain proper documentation for contracts, invoices, and project-related expenses
• Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in interior design, construction, renovation, or related industries
• Good understanding of project-based accounting and costing
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
