- Responsible for managing Full Sets of accounts, ensuring smooth month-end closing, preparing daily and monthly reports, and handling other financial tasks.
- Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping and etc timely.
- Prepare cash flow accounts, monitoring and handling collections and processing payments.
- Liaise with company’s bankers when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, LCCI, CAT or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Experience in IT/ Digital Marketing industry will have an added advantage
- Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client
- Computer literate (MS Office Software) with good knowledge in Excel and accounting software such as UBS, SQL Accounting Software.
- Competent in Microsoft words and excel
- Good interpersonal & communications skills to effectively, responsibility and trustworthy
