Finance & Reporting Manager

Location: Remote (Global)

Salary Range: 3750 - 5000 USD/month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly autonomous Finance & Reporting Manager to own financial reporting, analysis, and process optimization across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own end-to-end financial reporting across multiple entities within the holding company.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with strong underlying data models.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor receivables, margins, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and automate recurring processes such as collections and payroll/bonus calculations.
• Work within ERP systems (Rillet), Excel, and BI tools to generate insights.
• Collaborate with external CPA and tax partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead reporting discussions and present key insights to senior leadership.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively build scalable solutions using automation and AI.

Qualifications: 

• Strong foundation in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including data modeling (not just visualization).
• High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve ambiguous problems.
• Experience owning reporting and presenting insights to leadership.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time hours.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools in daily workflows.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working across multiple entities or a holding company structure.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Rillet or similar).
• Background in building financial processes from scratch.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
