- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails courteously and efficiently.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash/credit transactions.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in training new front office staff when required.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant department.
