Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Proper Accounts documents in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Support Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable/ Operation team for daily operation tasks on payment process & Invoices billing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Inventory Control & monitoring
  • Handling in Administrative task, Maintaining Department Filing System
  • Sorting Email, Customer collection arrangement


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Fresh Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in Accounts / Finance
  • Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment follow-up is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
  • Able to handle data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and well-organised
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Team player with a positive working attitude
  • Able to start work within short notice is preferred

  • Proficient in English & Malay (written and spoken)
