WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)

Core Skills (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field
• A strong professional portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and design capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant design tools
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy)
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Proven experience in designing:
• Websites / Landing Pages
• Strong sense of layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design creatives for social media, ads, websites, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives
• Create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused visuals
• Handle projects from concept to final execution
• Revise designs based on feedback and improve continuously
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or related role
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
