Graphic Designer (Remote)

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Graphic Designer for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. The main focus of this Graphic Designer role is to create visually engaging and brand-consistent designs across digital and print platforms using strong creative, illustrative, and typography skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality marketing assets across email, social media, e-commerce, paid media, and wholesale channels while ensuring brand consistency and strong campaign performance
• Create landing pages, responsive layouts, and campaign visuals by supporting content preparation, image selection, motion design, and final asset delivery
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams in brainstorming sessions, developing moodboards, visual concepts, and testing new ideas for CRM, social, and paid campaigns
• Maintain design quality standards by managing file exports, QA, Figma documentation, and continuously improving workflows while using tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you must have...

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3-4 years plus of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
