We are building a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) focused on perpetual futures trading. We are seeking a proven Growth Lead with deep DEX experience, expertise in market making and liquidity operations to drive user acquisition, retention, and ecosystem growth.

What You Will Do

- Design and execute growth strategies for user acquisition and retention, specifically for a perpetuals DEX.

- Develop and manage liquidity incentive programs, partnering with market makers and LP communities.

- Analyze user behavior, trading data, and market trends to optimize growth initiatives.

- Lead multi-channel growth campaigns (e.g., social media, community, partnerships, influencers).

- Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (TVL, Daily Active Traders, Volume, Retention Rates).

What We Require

- Proven track record in growth, liquidity mining, or market making operations for a DEX.

- Deep understanding of DeFi perpetual protocols (e.g., GMX, Drift, dYdX) and liquidity mechanisms.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive decisions using on-chain and trading metrics.

- Experience in designing and managing incentive campaigns (e.g., points systems, airdrops, liquidity rewards).

- Familiarity with Web3 growth marketing channels and community building.
