• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

1. In-depth understanding of the Web3 industry and familiarity with core blockchain concepts (e.g., public blockchains, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs), with the ability to clearly interpret the Web3 career ecosystem and skill requirements;

2. Experience in social media operations (Xiaohongshu/Douyin preferred), with knowledge of platform traffic dynamics and preferably skilled in live streaming moderation and interactive engagement;

3. Professional appearance and strong on-camera presence, willing to host live streams on camera, with fluent communication skills and the ability to swiftly address audience questions and seamlessly transition topics;

4. Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering the details of the company's course products and accurately conveying their core value.
