Base: On-site in Dubai


Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Placement:

Develop recruitment plans and manage recruitment channels according to company needs.

Source, attract, screen, and allocate talent to ensure optimal role fit.

2. Compensation & Performance Management:

Establish and maintain a comprehensive compensation and benefits system and performance evaluation framework.

3. Training & Development:

Design and implement employee training programs to enhance capabilities.

4. Employee Relations & Culture:

Manage onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotion procedures.

Foster harmonious employee relations and organize corporate culture activities.

Handle labor disputes and participate in occupational safety and injury investigations.

5. Policy & Records Management:

Develop, revise, and optimize HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.

Maintain and analyze HR data and statistics.

6. Strategic Support:

Gain deep business insight to provide HR support to business units.


Requirements & Skills:

1. Proficient in all six major HR modules.

2. Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; strong sense of responsibility and efficient execution.

3. Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.

4. Strong writing and planning abilities with good interpersonal skills.

5. Several years of HR management experience; team leadership experience is a plus.

6. Personal Attributes: Integrity, honesty, strong confidentiality awareness, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
