POSITION - ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - RIMBAYU, TELUK PANGLIMA GARANG

SALARY - RM 4000-5500

• Handle full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget control
• Ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded and updated
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare tax schedules, audit schedules, and supporting documents
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Assist in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation (if applicable)
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
