【岗位职责】:
1、根据公司年度经营战略,制定人力资源部工作规划,及时对年度人力资源运营情况进行分析,并监督执行;
2、根据公司年度发展规划,建立相应的人力资源制度,并对现有的制度予以完善,同时完善与优化人力资源相关流程;
3、协助管理人事招聘部的各项事务,主导负责集团薪酬与绩效体系建设与落地;
4、定期进行人力资源数据分析,提交公司人力资源分析报告;
5、领导安排的其他相关工作。
【任职要求】:
1、人力资源相关专业,本科以上学历,5年以上人力资源管理工作经验,有大型互联网科技公司绩效管理体系搭建经验.
2、对人性有比较全面的认识,通晓现代企业人力资源管理,掌握人力资源管理技术和管理理念,在选、用、育、留等方面积累的丰富的工作经验,对人力资源体管理体系建设有自己独特的见解;
4、具备自动自发精神,计划能力及执行力强,具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力。
5、有亲和力、较强的责任感与敬业精神,正直诚信,有拼搏精神。
