Job Description
【岗位职责】：
1、根据公司年度经营战略，制定人力资源部工作规划，及时对年度人力资源运营情况进行分析，并监督执行；
2、根据公司年度发展规划，建立相应的人力资源制度，并对现有的制度予以完善，同时完善与优化人力资源相关流程；
3、协助管理人事招聘部的各项事务，主导负责集团薪酬与绩效体系建设与落地；
4、定期进行人力资源数据分析，提交公司人力资源分析报告；
5、领导安排的其他相关工作。
【任职要求】：
1、人力资源相关专业，本科以上学历，5年以上人力资源管理工作经验，有大型互联网科技公司绩效管理体系搭建经验.
2、对人性有比较全面的认识，通晓现代企业人力资源管理，掌握人力资源管理技术和管理理念，在选、用、育、留等方面积累的丰富的工作经验，对人力资源体管理体系建设有自己独特的见解；
4、具备自动自发精神，计划能力及执行力强，具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力。
5、有亲和力、较强的责任感与敬业精神，正直诚信，有拼搏精神。
