Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for both executive levels and direct labor.

Regulatory Liaison: Lead renewals for MBPG, KPDNHEP, and MPOB licensing.

Foreign Workforce & Expatriates: Manage FOMEMA, worker permits, and expatriate mobilization (including Immigration and Police department liaison).

Industrial Relations: Conduct disciplinary procedures and Domestic Inquiries (DI) in strict accordance with Malaysian Labor Law.

Compliance & ESG: Oversee MIDA/MITI applications and drive ESG integration and ISO 14001:2015 internal audits.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree holder with at least 5 yrs HR experience

Experience in full spectrum of human resource

Experience: Proven track record in a manufacturing environment.

Regulatory Knowledge: Directly trained in MPOB Licensing & Enforcement (2021) and ESG Integration (2025).

Technical Skills: Certified in Johor expatriate mobilization and ISO 14001:2015 auditing.
