ENVO BPO Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage our daily human resources operations. In this role, you will ensure our people processes remain efficient and compliant with Malaysian labor standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
• Ensure all company practices align with the Employment Act 1955 and recent statutory amendments.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records and handle HR documentation such as confirmation and show cause letters.
• Coordinate performance management cycles and support managers with Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Assist in the preparation of payroll data and ensure accurate statutory contributions for EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
