1. Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Execute the full hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to successful placement.
  • Seamless Transitions: Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and manage professional offboarding/exit processes.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strict data confidentiality.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Governance

  • Legal Liaison: Ensure all company policies and the Employee Handbook remain compliant with the Employment Act and other government statutory requirements.
  • Expatriate Management: Lead the application and renewal processes for Employment Passes (EP) and Permanent Residency (PR), including managing expatriate tax (PCB) compliance.
  • Training & Development: Act as the primary liaison for HRD Corp, managing levy contributions, grant applications, and training claims to maximize staff development.
  • Audit Readiness: Maintain organized records for internal and external audits, ensuring all personnel data is handled with the highest level of integrity.

3. Employee Relations & Benefits

  • Conflict Resolution: Partner with senior leadership to address employee grievances and relations issues using a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the renewal and administration of Group Insurance policies (GPA, GHS, Life Insurance) and coordinate annual corporate health screenings.
  • Internal Communication: Draft and circulate official internal memos, gazetted public holiday notices, and policy updates.

4. Office Administration & Operations

  • Facility Management: Oversee general office upkeep, including managing facilities, vendor relationships, and office supply inventory.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support management with special assignments and administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
