HR Payroll Assistant (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)

Kickstart your career in Human Resources! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as an HR Payroll Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and benefits.
• Assist in foreign worker administration, including document preparation, medical check-up arrangements, and permit renewals.
• Help compile and submit documents to government agencies such as the immigration department.
• Support the team in ensuring all HR and payroll activities comply with the latest labour laws and company policies.
• Gain exposure by assisting in claims submission to government agencies and training grant applications.
• Participate in various HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What We Look For (Qualifications):

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No prior experience required! A strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (due to job requirements)

• Kuchai Lama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree (Preferred)
