人力资源职责

1.     负责端到端招聘流程,包括发布招聘信息、筛选简历、面试及新员工入职安排。

2.     准备并维护人力资源相关文件,如聘用信、合同、备忘录及员工工作准证等。

3.     协调并汇总各门店的薪资相关文件,确保薪资发放的准确性与及时性。

4.     处理员工关系事务,包括解答员工疑问并提供人力资源支持。

5.     负责处理员工轻微违规行为的纪律处分。

6.     维护并更新员工档案,确保资料的准确性及合规性。

7.     支持人力资源日常行政工作,并确保符合公司政策及当地劳动法规。


 

Responsibilities

1.     Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

2.     Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as employment letters, contracts, memos, and staff permits.

3.     Coordinate and compile payroll-related documents from outlets to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

4.     Handle employee relations matters, including addressing inquiries and providing HR support to staff.

5.     Manage disciplinary actions for minor misconduct.

6.     Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

7.     Support HR administrative tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
