Responsibilities
- Provide service & technical support.
- Solve problem at site.
- Assist with product testing (issue checking, compliance testing, etc.) and claim report for all returned defective products / in-house stocks.
- Assist with product repairs & touch-ups.
- Assist with assembly work in the warehouse.
- Assist with daily warehouse duties when needed.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or SVM (Sijil Vokasional Malaysia) certificate.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Possess electrical or mechanical basic knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with electrical or related experience are preferred.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm)
