Responsibilities

• Involve in the preparation and submission of tenders, technical proposals, and commercial bids for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, and Industrial projects.
• Prepare high-quality, technically compliant, and commercially competitive proposals in accordance with client specifications, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Review and interpret RFQs, ITBs, technical datasheets, project specifications, and commercial requirements from clients and EPC contractors.
• Perform cost estimation, pricing analysis, and commercial evaluations for engineering products, equipment, and services to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, engineering, principals, and vendors to gather technical and commercial information for proposal development and tender clarification.
• Assist in technical clarification meetings, bid evaluations, and tender negotiations with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Support proposal activities related to valves, instrumentation, piping, mechanical packages, process equipment, or other Oil & Gas engineering products and services.
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules, engineering documentation, material submissions, and project milestones to ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), inspections, commissioning activities, and document submissions where required.
• Ensure all proposals and tender submissions comply with client requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, tenders, proposals, and project documentation for tracking and audit purposes.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge on Oil & Gas products, engineering standards, and market trends to maintain proposal competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Process, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Offshore, Marine, or Industrial Engineering industry.
• Familiar with tendering, bidding, proposal preparation, and commercial evaluation processes in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Technical understanding of Oil & Gas engineering products, systems, and services.
• Familiarity with industry standards, specifications, and documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical, costing, and commercial evaluation skills.
• Able to communicate and present technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tenders, deadlines, and project priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.
