Key Responsibilities

1. Provide first-level and second-level IT support to users in the KL office.
2. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
3. Support and maintain Windows operating systems, business applications, and endpoint security solutions.
4. Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers, NAS storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
5. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.
6. Support IT projects, system upgrades, software deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.
7. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external IT service providers for maintenance and support activities.
8. Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing records, and technical documentation.
9. Support cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management, user awareness, access control, and security compliance.
10. Collaborate with the Singapore IT team and provide support for regional IT operations when required.
11. Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve IT support efficiency, troubleshoot technical issues, automate routine tasks, and optimize workflows.
12. Assist in developing and maintaining AI-driven knowledge bases, technical libraries, and automation solutions.
13. Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, including AI solutions, to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.
14. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.
