Job Description:

1. Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the exchange’s core systems, ensuring high performance, high availability, and high scalability.

2. Develop and optimize server-side Java microservices architecture based on business requirements. Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in system architecture design and performance tuning.

3. Participate in project requirement analysis, system design, technology selection, and risk assessment. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing technical support.

4. Stay up to date with Java technology trends and continuously optimize the system.

5. Collaborate with product managers and front-end developers to drive business implementation.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of Java backend development experience.

2. Experience in blockchain, centralized exchanges, or financial derivatives development is a plus.

3. Strong Java fundamentals, familiar with JVM internals, proficient in multithreading, concurrency control, and thread pool principles, with practical application experience.

4. Familiar with mainstream frameworks such as Spring, MyBatis, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

5. Proficient in MySQL, skilled at writing complex SQL queries, and capable of index optimization and performance tuning.

6. Familiar with distributed system architectures, with hands-on experience using middleware such as Redis, Kafka, and RocketMQ.

7. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
