Job Summary

The Kitchen Crew is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations in a Korean BBQ outlet by assisting in basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow in the back-of-house. This role helps ensure all ingredients, equipment, and stations are ready to deliver a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients

- Prepare simple items including sauces and banchan according to company standards

- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and organized

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment at all times

-Support kitchen team during food preparation and service periods

- Ensure timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies during operations

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO)

- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean working environment

- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior kitchen staff

- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Adhere to all SOPs, grooming, and safety standards"
