2. Daily Operations and Promotion: Responsible for the overall daily operation of the platform's live broadcasts, including live scheduling, selection and execution of promotional channels, and formulation and implementation of live promotion plans to enhance viewing numbers and user interaction.

3. Data Monitoring and Strategy Optimization: Monitor core metrics of the live broadcast room (online viewers, interaction rate, retention rate, conversion rate, etc.) comprehensively, and adjust operational strategies promptly based on data changes to ensure continuous optimization of live broadcast effectiveness.

4. Host Guidance and Compliance Control: Provide trial broadcast guidance, script review, process training, and other support for newly signed and active hosts, ensuring that live content is compliant and aligns with the platform's brand tone.

5. Effect Tracking and Reporting: Regularly (weekly/monthly) summarize live operation data and user feedback, formulate analytical reports, and propose feasible optimization suggestions to the product, marketing, and technical teams.

6. Major Event Execution: Assist marketing, branding, legal, and other teams in executing significant online/offline live events (such as summits, AMAs, product launches, etc.), ensuring tasks are completed with quality and quantity.

7. Ad Hoc Tasks and Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Respond quickly to and complete various ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors, maintain efficient communication with all business lines, and drive project delivery on time.
