Logistics Admin - Immediate Vacancy

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm

Saturday 8:30am to 3:45pm

Job Scope:

• Perform daily delivery activities such as receiving, issuing, packing and physical custody of stock.
• Maximize use of storage space and practice good housekeeping such as 5S.
• Assist to perform monthly and yearly physical stock check.
• Assist pack stocks when necessary.
• Liaise with transporter and customer service for local delivery transportation arrangement with cost-effective way.
• Perform other clerical duties as and when required (e.g. filing, typing, making photocopies of form for Warehouse, data updating, and ensuring good 5S in Warehouse office.
• Works with other operational departments to assist with customer inquiries as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification is SPM and above.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Have experience in clerical task and attend to customer.
• Can work in minimum supervision.
• Able to work in warehouse and logistics environment.
• Willing to work at Taman Desa Kundang, Rawang.
• Must possess own transport.
