Work Arrangement
- Remote, work-from-home position
- Night shift based on assigned schedule
- 40 working hours per week (8 hours per day with a 1-hour break)
- Shift start time may be at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, or 12am(MYT)
- Shift timing rotates every *3 months*

Role Summary
As an Interpreter, you will facilitate spoken communication between native language-speaking callers and English-speaking professionals. The role requires real-time interpretation with accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism, particularly during important or sensitive calls.
