Responsibilities:
- Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Diploma in Marketing / Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or marketing
- Preferably with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
- Strong PR and communication skills
- Presentable, outgoing personality
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to latest apps/tools
- Good emotional control and professionalism
- Strong task management and multitasking abilities
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good time management skills
