Marketing Executive / Team Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for versatile marketing professionals to launch and scale our new B2B & B2C e-commerce app. As a pioneer member, you will specialize in key marketing domains with the opportunity to manage your own resources and, depending on experience or potential, lead a specialized sub-team within the department.

Key Responsibilities

You will be assigned to one or more of the following specialized scopes based on your expertise:

1) App Promotion & User Acquisition (Online & Offline)

• Execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to drive App Downloads and User Registrations.
• Coordinate Offline events/activations and Online initiatives to reach our target audience of e-commerce sellers.

2) Influencer Marketing (KOL & KOC)

• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs and KOCs to create viral awareness.
• Liaise with outsourced agencies to ensure high-quality content delivery and maximum reach.

3) Performance Marketing & Digital Strategy (SEO/SEM)

• Directly manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and ASO (App Store Optimization) to ensure the app stays at the top of search results.
• Plan and run hands-on digital advertising campaigns with a focus on Cost Per Install (CPI).

4) Resource & Content Management

• Manage your own resources (budget, tools, and content streams) to drive app visibility.
• Liaise with the internal creative team to ensure all videos and graphics align with the app’s promotional goals.

5) Content Marketing & Credibility

• Build platform trust and "searchability" by driving viral content on TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Coordinate with influencers and the internal creative team to produce authentic video reviews and tutorials, ensuring a high-trust digital presence for our new platform.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, mobile app promotion, or e-commerce. (Senior roles require 3-5 years).
• Leadership: Strong project ownership skills. Candidates with the right experience or clear leadership potential will be considered for Team Lead/Managerial roles, with the mandate to build their own specialized team.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional execution and organizational skills. You must be able to manage different job scopes within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Language: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to coordinate with various stakeholders.
