Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and digital initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and partners to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Assist in content creation for social media, website, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage and monitor the company’s social media presence to increase engagement and reach.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and product launches to strengthen brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights, trends, and competitor activities.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead-generation initiatives.
• Liaise with designers, printers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, conversion).
• Maintain and update the CRM database, customer mailing lists, and marketing archives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong passion are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media ads, SEO, Google Analytics, email campaigns).
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.
