Marketing Internship

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Intern to assist in the launch and scaling of our new B2B & B2C e-commerce app. As a pioneer intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing domains, working closely with our Team Leads to drive app visibility and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

You will support one or more of the following specialized scopes based on your interests and learning goals:

• App Promotion & User Support: Assist in executing 360-degree campaigns to drive App Downloads and registrations. You will help coordinate offline activations and online initiatives targeting e-commerce sellers.
• Influencer & Social Media Support: Help identify and reach out to potential KOLs and KOCs. You will assist in tracking content delivery and ensuring high-quality reach across social platforms.
• Content Creation & Viral Marketing: Assist in producing and driving viral content specifically for TikTok and Xiaohongshu. You will work with the internal creative team to help craft authentic video reviews and tutorials.
• Performance Tracking: Support the team in monitoring digital strategy metrics and app store visibility to help keep our platform at the top of search results.
• Administrative Coordination: Liaise between the internal creative team and marketing leads to ensure all promotional graphics and videos are delivered on time.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Skills: A strong interest in mobile app promotion, e-commerce, and digital trends.
• Soft Skills: High level of organizational skill and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment. You should be a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
• Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to help coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
