Job Description

affordable products and an excellent digital shopping experience.


Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the launch and long-term growth of our new proprietary mobile app. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the mobile and app-focused landscape. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for the app, managing a team, and ensuring our brand's message is consistent and effective across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

App Launch & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve user acquisition, retention, and engagement goals for our new

mobile app.

● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including content creators and digital specialists, to ensure high performance and professional growth.

● Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, app store optimization (ASO), and

performance marketing.

● Budget & Performance Analysis: Manage the marketing budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.

● Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications and materials related to the app.


Requirements:

● Experience & Education: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably with a focus on mobile apps or digital products. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.

● Key Skills: You should have a strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO), user acquisition strategies, and mobile analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Experience with TikTok Shop and a data-driven mindset are a significant advantage.
